
Tom McCaslin's new CD Inside Out
Tom’s new CD is called Inside Out and is his first solo CD. Inside Out contains new works for solo tuba by an international mix of composers such as: Frank Zappa, Jorge Salgueiro, Elizabeth Raum, Juraj Filas, Francois Thullier, and Sam Pilafian.

Yamaha Tuba Artist Tom McCaslin is currently Assistant Professor of Tuba and Euphonium at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina where he maintains a large studio of Tuba and Euphonium students at the Undergraduate and Graduate levels.
Tom is a native of Canada where he began his musical studies at the age of nine. After completing studies at McGill University and Arizona State University, Tom has gone on to perform with some of the most venerated ensembles in the world including the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
Always an advocate for the advancement of the tuba, Tom serves as the historian for the ITEA and has published articles for the association’s journal including an interview with Roger Bobo and a tribute to the late John Griffiths.
